Your venue or caterer will usually ask for the final guest numbers and menu choices a few weeks before the wedding. The practical approach is to put an RSVP deadline on the invitation that leaves you some breathing room before then, and to send the links early enough that nobody feels rushed.
As the date approaches, your dashboard shows you who hasn’t replied yet. That way you only need to remind those people, using the same link, instead of messaging everyone again.
And if someone gives you their answer in person, over a family lunch or on the phone, you can add it yourself in the dashboard in seconds. Every reply ends up in the same place, wherever it came from.

What does RSVP mean on a wedding invitation?
It stands for a French phrase meaning “please reply”. On a wedding invitation it is the request to confirm whether you are coming and, usually, which menu you would like.
Can I see the dashboard before I buy?
Yes. We have a sample dashboard with a made-up wedding that you can open without signing up, to see the replies, menus, allergies and tables.
Can a guest change their reply?
Yes, by opening their link again. You can also correct or add replies from the dashboard, for example when someone confirms by phone.
Can I pass the details on to the caterer?
The dashboard groups menus and allergies with each guest’s name, which is exactly what the venue usually asks for.
Is there a guest limit?
No. Guests are unlimited and the price is the same with 40 as with 300.
Can I use just the RSVP, without the invitation?
The RSVP lives inside the digital invitation, which is what your guests receive. It isn’t sold separately.
