CustomYourEvent is a digital services platform dedicated to the design and distribution of personalized digital invitations for events such as weddings, baptisms, communions and birthdays.

Through this website, users can register, create events, manage guest lists, receive RSVPs, view invitation drafts and make online payments through the Stripe payment gateway.

3. Intellectual and industrial property

All website content, including texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, designs, invitation templates, software, source code, logos, trademarks and trade names, are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights.

The reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other form of exploitation of the content without prior written authorization is expressly prohibited.

The invitation designs created for each client are for exclusive use for the contracted event. The client does not acquire intellectual property rights over the base templates, frames, animations or graphic elements of the platform.

4. Terms of use

The user agrees to use the website in accordance with the law, this legal notice and good practices. In particular:

• Provide truthful and up-to-date information when registering and creating events.
• Not use the service to send offensive, unlawful content or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Not attempt to access other users' accounts or restricted areas of the system.

Payments are processed by Stripe, PCI-DSS certified. CustomYourEvent does not store credit card data.

This legal notice is governed by current Spanish legislation:

• Regulation (EU) 2016/679 General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
• Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection (LOPDGDD).

For the resolution of disputes, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Murcia, Spain.
