Digital wedding invitations
A digital wedding invitation is a web page with your invitation on it, sent to guests as a link on WhatsApp. Each guest opens it on their phone, sees the date, the venues and the map, and RSVPs with their menu choice and any allergies. With CustomYourEvent it costs €49 if you make it yourself or €149 if we design it for you, as a one-off payment.
It is for couples who want more than a forwarded PDF: an invitation in your own style that also saves you the job of chasing replies. It works just the same with 40 guests as with 300, and the price stays the same.
The difference from paper is not only the cost. With a printed invitation you end up ringing people one by one to find out who is coming and jotting menu choices down in a notebook. Here every guest replies from their phone and you see it all neatly organised in your dashboard, straight away.

Planning a wedding in Spain with guests flying in from several countries? Your invitation can be shown in six languages, English, Spanish, French, German, Italian and Portuguese, so your grandparents, your partner’s family and your friends from university can each read it in their own language, from the same invitation.
Travelling guests rarely know the area, so every venue comes with its map and a button for directions: the church or ceremony spot, the finca, the beach club or the hotel where you are holding the reception. Nobody has to hunt for an address in a language they do not speak.
The RSVP asks each person for their menu and any dietary requirements or allergies, which matters when your caterer is Spanish and your guests are not. If you are laying on a coach between the hotel and the venue, guests can say whether they will use it, so you know how many seats to book.

Frequently asked questions
How do you send a digital wedding invitation?
On WhatsApp, as a link. We give you a ready-written message and each guest’s link, and you send them yourself from your phone. You can also send it by email or any other messaging app.
Do guests need to download anything?
No. The invitation opens in the browser on a phone or computer, like any web page. There is no app to install and no account to create.
Can guests from abroad read it in their own language?
Yes. The invitation is available in six languages on both plans, so guests from different countries can each read it in theirs. It is ideal if you are having a destination wedding in Spain.
Can I change something after sending it?
Yes. You can change timings, venues or wording whenever you like, and guests see the updated version on the same link they already have.
How long does it take if you design it?
The first version is ready within one working day. After that we adjust it with your changes, and it is usually finished in 3 to 5 working days.
What if we don’t like it?
You don’t pay until you have seen the finished invitation. If you make it yourself, creating and editing are free and you only pay when you publish; if we make it, we show it to you with your names on it before you decide.
